fall gatherings

Here's a picture of the pinecones that have been littering the yard this fall. We did not have nearly as many either last year or the year before. Cheryl filled this basket and gathered about a hundred more - just by picking them up from around the landscaped parts of the yard where we don't need any baby pine trees.

Caution: Sticky when fresh!
