Family Gathering

We've certainly gotten lazy about posting to our blog since Norris' mother passed away almost three years ago.  But we do refer to it ourselves from time to time, like a journal, so I'd better post this photo, taken on December 3rd at my brother Jeff's house in Illinois.  My Dad actually had all his children at the party, along with some of the grandchildren and all his great-grandchildren, but I didn't think to get the camera out until some of them were gone.  Noticeably missing from this photo is Brother Roger.

In front of me, left to right are Jeffrey, Joyce, Dad and Carl.  Dad and I had picked up Carl at the airport mid-morning and we all met at Jeff and Joanna's house for pizza at lunch, stayed all afternoon and into the evening for great food, lively conversation, and playing with the youngest descendants.
