Buffalo Safari

Today was the Weaverville Arts Safari, where you can take a driving tour to visit a number of artists studios in the Weaverville area. We decided to just visit a few studios close to our neighborhood. The husband of one of the artists near us raises buffalo on his farm, so we took some pictures of his herd. We stopped to chat with the buffalo rancher, who sells his bison meat to local restaurants, and ended up buying a couple of pounds of buffalo burger to bring home.
