Spring at last - taken during my late afternoon walk:
We don't think it will be this pretty in a few days. When we got up this morning there was snow on the ground and when I checked, the temperature was 23 degrees. Then we'll be happy we still have those American Beech. They show up in the first photo on the right side of the road, and in the second photo on the left. They fit right in with the flowering pears and cherries, except they are tan because those are last year's leaves still on the tree until the green ones set on.

It is an amazing time of year! Love to see whatever new thing is blooming or sprouting or leafing out each day. Up north everything seemed to happen all at once, but this gradual unfurling of spring that we see here is a much better show. Thanks for sharing those nice pictures!
Great pics! Same here, of course, and today all the daffodils are shriveled up, along with other delicate items. Spring in the mountains.......I love every season. I got my "summer" haircut the day before it turned cold and then had to clog outside yesterday in the cold wind. LOL
