Landscape progress

Norris is visiting family so he did not witness the progress made in the yard today. Photos are not great since the sun has disappeared behind the ridge across the cove from us, but our landscaper is going to email a question to Norris. These photos can serve for reference.

Below, the view from the raised garden bed, past the weather station, to the newly installed stone steps.


The stone steps from the "meadow" below. They are really beautiful. It's too bad you can't see them from the house.

Unfortunately, this photo cuts off where the stone steps meet the new timber retaining wall - that will be for tomorrow.



And this is what's going on at the far end of the timber-lined walkway. More rocks will need to be moved in, but the heaviest rocks are in place.
