Rescued!

One of the kittens we posted last week went missing, so Sheri brought the other one in their home for safe keeping. She's been for her first vet visit and she's not only cute and friendly and playful, she's also a healthy little girl, so she's coming to live here. Sheri just sent us pictures of the baby. They had had to bottle feed these kittens - they showed up with their eyes not yet opened.

We think she's living a pretty comfortable life - look at this set up! But she'll have it nice here too - plenty of entertainment with the birds and squirrels to watch just outside our big windows, and two nice cats inside.


Cheryl went to the pet store today to pick up some kitten supplies - the lady at the register said "make sure they are handling her!" We don't think that's a problem. There are two girls in the house who are very sad they can't keep their sweet kitty - looks like their Dad may have a hard time letting her go as well.


We're arranging a rendez-vous with DeWayne early next week.
