Deck Rehab Project

Norris has been spending his days off refurbishing our deck. He is using a belt sander and orbital sander to smooth the deck surface to help eliminate splinters and make the deck feel nicer to walk on when you're barefoot. He is also resealing it with two coats of Brazilian Rosewood Oil, which is brushed on then wiped off after 20 minutes. Here you see the newly refinished part of the deck on the right and the dingy rough part of the old deck on the left. After this weekend, both parts should be finished.
